Library:

We strive to learn beyond mere facts and statistics to acquire forms that will definitely be an aid to us in life. Awadhoot Academy has always laid stress on developing comprehension, analytical powers, and the honing of one’s creative and critical abilities. The library acts as a great stimulating agent, offering articles, data, and anecdotes on topics as diverse as possible. It is an absolute paradise for book-lovers. From important sample papers of the BOARD EXAMS to delightful one-Act plays, browsing through books in any corner of the library is an experience, both enlightening and pleasurable. Managed exceptionally well by Mrs. Seema Kumari, the ambience of the library has an innate ability to motivate youngsters to learn and broaden their perspective. Equipped with around 5000 books, the library caters to every subject, be it history, social studies, science, literature, psychology, sociology or economics. In many ways the library has made us realize where our interest and skills lie. It has encouraged us to dream and work tirelessly and has taught us that learning is not just limited to mechanical classroom teaching methods but it can also be a real fun.

Playground:

A playground is an area used by children for physical activities. It has Seesaws, Swings, Slides, Monkey bars, Merry go-round and even Volleyball and Kho-Kho court. And it even has a garden on the whole premises.

Mathematics Lab:

The Maths Lab has an attractive and modern design and is equipped with numerous modern tools and techniques to help students learn the application of what they study. The objective of the Lab is to expose students to world of modern Mathematics and make the subject more interesting and fun!

Science Lab:

PHYSICS LAB: A well-equipped, efficient and spacious Physics lab is accessible to all students from classes IX to XII. With the minimum capacity of 40-45 students, the lab has a strong room and a darkroom where all the apparatus and equipment are stored. The students, under the guidance of their Physics teacher and the lab assistants, perform a range of experiments to grab a better understanding of their lessons.

Chemistry Lab:

A properly ventilated Chemistry lab provides for all the needs of the various students of classes IX to XII, where, they can perform a variety of experiments in groups of maximum 35 students. The lab is equipped with 80 lockers, reagent bottle shelves on the desks, distilled water, fume chamber and a petrol gas plant (LPG cylinder is used during emergencies). A storage room, well stocked with chemicals, apparatus and a number of charts required for different classes are present, and under the expert supervision of the lab assistant and the Chemistry.

Biology Lab

An efficient Biology lab with a number of specimens according to different phylum, permanent slides, three-dimensional models, charts and reagent shelves are present in the school. The students, in groups of a minimum of 35, can perform the corresponding experiments under the knowledgeable guidance of the Biology teacher and the lab assistant, and make their theoretical lessons all the more fruitful with hands-on experiment.

IT Labs:

Every day, a number of Awadhoot Academy students can be seen marching their way to IT lab, a remarkable invention of humankind- the computer. In this well-developed and equipped lab which houses more than twenty computers, the students find a place to apply their theoretical knowledge to the actual technical know-how. A glorious device which can perform a variety of functions, including computing, designing, analyzing, procuring information and several more, the students, through this haven, command a variety of practical skills, and even go on to select the field as their career.

Be it the practice sessions of Flash, or the code-writing sessions of Java, HTML or XML or the informative skills of Open Office, the students inculcate in themselves abilities which are a necessity in today’s world of IT. To enhance the experience of the marvelous virtual world, we have skilled and knowledgeable teachers- Mr. Ujjwal Kumar, Mrs. Tanwi Sona and Ms. Aaliya Fatima who with their expert lead the students through this complex yet splendid world.

PORTICO: An open stage, is the nerve center of Awadhoot Academy, Munger. All assemblies, special ceremonies, such as prize distributions, Fare well, Children’s day, Saraswati Puja celebration and other such events are held here.

Other

Built in a rectangular style, it can seat around 2000 people and the rectangular stage can easily accommodate 20 to 50 children during a performance.
